3. Ordering Process

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order:

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under EU/UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
1. Email contact@mythinkkit.com within 14 days of receipt
2. Return the product in original condition within 14 days of notifying us
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

5. Delivery
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@mythinkkit.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, resend or refund your order.
